Computers, we've done our best to create a Web site that
anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With
that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently
asked questions. If you do not find an answer to your
question here, please contact us.
Q: Is any job too small?
A: Certainly not, let us help. As a regular client most
small problems can be resolved remotely and often don't
incur a charge at all. Our main aim is service and
keeping customers happy.
Q: Do
you do free estimates?
A: Yes. We will advise on the approximate cost and keep you
informed at all times.
Q. What are your hours of work?
A. Hours are flexible and by prior arrangement.
We generally are available Mon-Sat. Most on site work
being carried out after 6pm or Saturday. We often
resolve most problems remotely during the evening after
you have finished using your PC.
