Spyder Computers has been serving the Mid Sussex community since 2002. We specialise in helping and supporting local businesses as well as residential customers, and our staff offers a quality and reliable service you can count on. In addition, our friendly and professional staff are here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services. At Spyder Computers, the customer always comes first!

Who we are 

We are a small family run business with years of experience helping sort out those problems that the manuals and premium rate phone lines just can't.

We also are Cisco Certified and can help you setup both wired and wireless networks.

We work almost entirely on personal recommendations.

We have a wide range of IT experience on:

  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 98, XP, Vista, Windows 7.

  • Server Products - Windows Server 2003 & Small Business Server 2003, Windows Server 2008.

  • VMWare virtualisation Technologies such as ESX and ESXi.

  • Cisco Firewall - ASA

  • Symantec Endpoint Security and Internet Security.

  • Desktop Office software like Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Publisher.

  • Internet programs including Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and email using Microsoft Outlook.

 

Some of what we do

  • Fix problems with error messages, bluescreens and slow running computers.
  • Set up your new computer. Installing new programs and hardware like printers and scanners.
  • Advise on upgrading your current computer with individual parts or quote for whole systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts like motherboards, hard drives, CD/DVD drives, or memory in both laptops and desktop PCs.
  • Set up your wireless network and advise on its security.
  • Set up your internet connection. (Or fix existing broadband and dial-up problems)
  • Protect you by setting up anti-virus and firewall solutions, and remove viruses and trojans.
